Dear Alpine Cycling Club Members, past and present and cycling friends,
Over many years we have enjoyed fantastic support from our local bike shops. This support has come in many ways; from sponsoring of our Junior MTB programs, Club Races and trail maintenance donations. Over the last months, we have seen the businesses in Bright doing it pretty tough and unfortunately, the current situation is going to continue to impact for some time longer. For us who love our cycling, think what it would be like if we didn’t have our two bike shops and the support and service and especially jobs that they provide. We all have a choice in how we buy our bikes, parts and servicing requirements, and as a Club, we call to you now to please think about how we can all support these businesses before we look elsewhere.
Both Cyclepath and All Terrain Cycles never had to give us support, but they always have and have done it selflessly and very generously, so please, let’s now think about them. Both offer online shopping, they are both open with great service and mindful social distancing requirements. Think local, shop local!
