It’s that time of year again – when we get-together to celebrate the year that was – and make plans for the year ahead!
This year’s ACC AGM will be held at 6pm on Thursday, July 23 at Bright Brewery’s ‘Brewhouse’.
All current financial members are encouraged to attend – we’d love to see as many of you there as possible.
COMMITTEE
An important part of the AGM is electing our new Executive Committee for 2026/27.
All current positions will be declared vacant and we are welcoming nominations from our community for the new committee.
Nominations MUST be made before July 20, in writing, to the Secretary at secretary@alpinecyclingclub.com.au
Any member who is unable to attend can also request a Proxy Authorisation Voting Form from the Secretary.

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
Our club continues to go from strength to strength because of the commitment and passion of our volunteers.
The AGM also gives us the chance to award our Philip Barnes ACC Volunteer of the Year.
Nominations for Volunteer of the Year can be made in writing to secretary@alpinecyclingclub.com.au
Please nominate your Volunteer of the Year by 20th July. Please include a short paragraph detailing why the nomination is being made.
