With more than 450 members and 30 events across the year, from small, grassroots club races to Australia’s Greatest Club Race – the Tour of Bright – plus countless social events, group rides and coaching sessions, the Alpine Cycling Club is built by our wonderful community volunteers.
We could not do what we do without you, and we are a stronger and better club because of you.
There are many ways to get involved with volunteering at Alpine CC and we welcome volunteers from all walks of life, members or not.
- Tour of Bright (Nov/Dec)
- Gravity Enduro (April)
- Adaptive MTB Festival & Summit (Apr/May)
- Summer Road Series (Sept-Mar)
- Summer MTB Series (Nov-Feb)
- Alpe de Buffalo (April)
- Junior MTB Series (Oct-Mar)
- Junior MTB Program (weekly, Terms 1 & 4)
- Junior Road Bunchie (weekly, Terms 1 & 4)
- and plenty more!
Alpine CC has a robust Child Safety Framework and works hard to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all members, particularly our junior riders.
All volunteers will be required to adhere to our Code of Conduct, and some of our volunteer roles will require volunteers to undergo additional Child Safety Screening for identified ‘Child Safe’ roles.
To help us with this process, all prospective volunteers are asked to register their details via our Volunteer Registration Portal to ensure we have time to complete all required checks prior to events.
For more information, or to register your interest in volunteering at any of these events, please get in touch by emailing comms@alpinecyclingclub.com.au or by keeping an eye on our social media and your member emails.
