04 Dec ACC Shuttle Day
On Saturday 7th December, the Alpine Cycling Club will be running our inaugural social shuttle day for current club members.
The shuttle vehicles will be taking our riders to the top of Hero and then returning to Pump track area for reloading. We will be hiring buses to take the riders up to the top of Hero and the shuttle trailers will be towed up by separate vehicles
At the shuttle village we will have a BBQ, the ACC marquee and some bike rack chat for good times!
Setup Village
8:00 – 10:00
We are going to need some helpers please put you hand up!
Registration
8:30 – 10:00
All riders must be registered and members of ACC and have current MTBA licence – there will be no sign ups on the day so please purchase prior to the day
Safety Briefing
9:00 – 9:10
All riders are encouraged to attend and children will need to be accompanied by an adult or a waiver signed for children.
Lunch
12:30 – 13:30
A BBQ lunch will be available
Shuttles Commence
9:15 – 16:00
Shuttles commence following the safety briefing (subject to driver and rider availability)
